Citroën is joining forces with the Printemps department store in Paris to celebrate Christmas. The 11 windows of the Printemps store on Boulevard Haussmann tell a Christmas story in which children and adults are invited to follow the wonderful journey of gifts. In the Citroën window, the two young heroes – Jules and Violette – face a dangerous snow-covered desert. Fortunately, they can rely on their robust, protective New C3 Aircross Compact SUV to help them on their way. A magnificent creative scene that is on show until 2 January 2018.

As the festive season draws near, the magic of Christmas can be seen most clearly through the eyes of a child. Since 1913, generations of children and their parents have marvelled at the creations on show in the windows of the Printemps department store on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris.

This year again, more than 10 million passers-by will be able to discover the animated scenes on display in the 11 windows of Printemps Haussmann. This year's theme is a Christmas story, entitled, "Christmas, the wonderful journey of gifts". Six magnificent scenes take the observer on a round-the-world tour, designed with the partners of Printemps, including Citroën, which was present in these very same shop windows in 1935!

This extraordinary journey of gifts features two intreprid youngsters, Jules et Violette, asked by Printemps to select the most beautiful Christmas gifts across all the continents of the world. From one window to the next, the two heroes share their eventful journey with children and adults. This is particularly true of the Citroën window, entitled, "An adventure in the desert". Before heading back to Printemps, Jules and Violette need to cross a dangerous, snow-covered desert. Fortunately, they can rely on the New C3 Aircross Compact SUV to load up their many gifts and quickly make their way back to the department store.

Also as part of this cooperation between Citroën and Printemps, the New C3 Aircross Compact SUV is on show in three Printemps stores (Boulevard Haussmann, Parly 2 and Toulon). Set among the fir trees, this model celebrates the spirit of Christmas in bright and robust style.

Opened on 7 November by Australian actress Nicole Kidman, the window display of Printemps Haussmann, including the Citroën window, will remain on show until 2 January 2018. They can also be seen on the social media of Citroën and Printemps.
