- Citroën Advisor Services: offered since the launch, this function enables customers to evaluate and share their experience about the quality of service at their point of sale, both in the Workshop and in the Sales (new & used cars). In the case of a negative rating, the point of sale receives an alert. It can then contact the customer in order to satisfy him and provide his own response on the platform, and then the customer can readjust his evaluation.
