“L’AUTOMOBILE MAGAZINE” PRESENTS ITS 2013 DESIGN AWARD TO THE CITROËN CACTUS CONCEPT
The CITROËN CACTUS concept was one of the stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Today, its unique design has been recognised by the readers and editorial team of “L’Automobile Magazine”. A title that augurs well in the run-up to the presentation on 5 February 2014 of the CITROËN C4 CACTUS, the production model prefigured by the concept.
Presented at the last Frankfurt Motor Show, the CITROËN CACTUS concept has already made a name for itself. Acclaimed by the public and the international press for its original design, the concept car was presented as a manifesto of CITROËN values. It prefigures a new model: the CITROËN C4 CACTUS to be presented on 5 February next. A date that is already significant in the Marque’s history, since it marks the birth of its founder André Citroën.
Today, the readers and editorial team of “L’Automobile Magazine” have named the CITROËN CACTUS as winner of the 2013 Design Award. With this concept, CITROËN shifts the paradigm, sweeping away the superfluous to place greater emphasis on everything that contributes to comfort. A desirable, user-friendly car, CITROËN CACTUS embodies a new approach. A unique design that once more places the focus on convenience, shared comfort and easy-to-use technologies.
Pending the presentation of the production model, the CITROËN CACTUS concept car will be on show at the Hôtel des Invalides in Paris between 29 January 2014 and 5 February 2014 for the 29th International Automobile Festival.
