As an official partner of the French football team, CITROËN is the frontline supporter in the run-up to the 2014 World Cup. Tomorrow in France, the Marque is launching a limited series called ‘Passion Bleus’, along with an original advertising campaign.

Preparations are now entering the home straight for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, scheduled to start on 12 June next in Brazil. As official partner to the French Football Federation and French team, CITROËN is stepping up its support for France with the launch of a limited series called ‘Passion Bleus’, available on the CITROËN C3, C3 Picasso, C4, Nemo Multispace and Berlingo Multispace.Like the French football team, this limited series is out to conquer, with attractive price/equipment  positioning. ‘Passion Bleus’ models ship with a range of features including a CD MP3 audio system, air conditioning and metallic paint. The CITROËN C3 VTi 68 Passion Bleus, for example,  starts at €9,990 (after deduction of the €4,660  green bonus for trading in a car over eight years old). For Philippe Narbeburu, Director of CITROËN France: "CITROËN has been an official partner of the French football team since September 2010. With the approach of the World Cup, this partnership is a real source of pride for us all. At CITROËN, we know all about adopting a bold stance, reinventing our approach while aiming for the highest standards. This  has always been part of our culture and can be seen in the efforts of our staff every day. Our limited series ‘Passion Bleus’ is the latest illustration of this. This mindset is also fundamental on the football pitch and know it will guide the outlook of the French team throughout this World Cup. I wish them good luck!“To support the limited series ‘Passion Bleus’, CITROËN is also launching a new advertising campaign, starting tomorrow, and a game on CITROËN CAR STORE (www.carstore.citroen.fr).  Until the end of the month, entrants can take part in a draw to win French football jerseys.Click on the link below to see the advert on the YouTube channel of CITROËN France:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rnhz-0Ywcqk&feature=youtu.be
