Kris Meeke and Paul Nagle increased their overall lead as they produced another flawless performance on day three. Ahead of tomorrow's final two stages, the Citroën C3 WRC crew now holds a 30.9 second lead.
Despite being shorn of half of the planned stages, day two of Rally Mexico nonetheless served up plenty of twists and turns. Keeping out of trouble, Kris Meeke and Paul Nagle ended the rally's first full leg in the overall lead.
After a long day, the Rally Mexico crews contested the opening two stages in the centre of Mexico City. Kris Meeke and Stéphane Lefebvre came away from the iconic Zócalo square in second and twelfth positions respectively.
The FIA World Rally Championship is set to jet across the Atlantic to Mexico, fleeing the cool European winter. At this, the third round of the season, the new World Rally Cars will compete on gravel for the first time.
