CITROËN UNVEILS ITS NEW BRAND SIGNATURE “INSPIRED BY YOU” AT THE 2017 FRANKFURT MOTOR SHOW
Having revealed its “Citroën Inspired by You” brand campaign at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, Citroën has now made "INSPIRED BY YOU"* its new brand signature. A global signature that Citroën will be proudly sporting for the first time at its stand at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Ever since it was founded, Citroën has not stopped imagining and popularizing innovative solutions to improve motoring for all. From the Traction Avant to the 2 CV, from the Type H to the Berlingo, from the Méhari to the E-Méhari, from Picasso MPVs to Aircross crossovers, Citroën has accompanied changes in society as a brand that is popular in the most laudable sense of the word: a brand whose main source of inspiration is people and their lifestyles.
With an offering that is firmly broad-based, the famous “people-minded brand” is reviving its true spirit more than ever. Today, this spirit finds its natural expression in the new global signature: “INSPIRED BY YOU”*.
This new brand signature is part of the “Citroën Inspired By You” brand campaign, revealed at the 2016 Paris Motor Show before a worldwide roll-out, notably in Latin America and China over the first half of 2017. This new claim – “INSPIRED BY YOU” – is the ultimate expression of the brand’s new dynamic and follows on from “CRÉATIVE TECHNOLOGIE”, which was introduced in 2009. It will be displayed for the first time at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
More than just a signature, “Inspired by You” is the creed behind Citroën’s unique solutions in terms of:
- products: like New C3 or the crossovers C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross. New models that breath fresh life into passenger experience to improve well-being, each in their own segment.
- technology: like ConnectedCAM CitroënTM, Airbumps®, and Progressive Hydraulic CushionsTM (suspension developed as part of the “Citroën Advanced Comfort” programme).
- services: like new mobility services such as Citroën Rent&Smile and Citroën Earn&Drive, as well as connected services such as the mobile applications MyCITROËN and Scan MyCITROËN.
- customer relations: like the online opinions site Citroën Advisor or the new urban dealership concept ‘La Maison Citroën’.
These are all expressions of Citroën’s transformation. They show that the spirit of the new signature – “Inspired by You” – permeates the brand’s entire structure.
